This session will be held in the studio and is perfect for celebrating any special occasion during your baby’s first year, including smash cake sessions or other birthday milestones. Parents are welcome to be part of the photoshoot.

This session will be held in the studio and it is design for newborn. Sirlene has experience with babies and will provide instructions before the session to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Special events include birthday parties, quinceañeras, showers, graduation parties, etc. This is a negotiable type of service that ranges from $300 to $1,000, depending on location, type of event, and the number of hours required.

Family portraits will be taken at the lake house venue. The session lasts about an hour, during which LHP will capture both group and individual photos.

Maternity newborn combo
"This is a 2 year membership to document your pregnancy and the journey of your baby first year. I will take photos during the 1st and last trimester of your pregnancy, and your baby's first year in 3 different sessions: newborn, 6 months, and 1 year old.

This is a unique photo session at The Lake Venue. It’s perfect for an engagement or simply because you want to create beautiful memories with the love of your life. We provide the boat, props, and beautiful dresses for the lady.

FAQ
When do we need to pay?
"At the time of scheduling you will pay a deposit fee. The remaining balance is negotiable upon conversation with LHP. If you have any questions please contact LHP before you schedule your service."
When will we get our photos?
"You will get your pictures in a few days. Lake House Photography will contact you if the delivery time exceeds 5 days from the expected timeframe."
How many pictures will we receive?
"You will receive between 30 and 200 edited photos in a professional gallery, depending on the package you choose."
"You will receive instructions on how to download your photos. However, if you’d prefer to receive them on a flash drive, an additional $30 fee will apply."
Are there any additional fees?
"A travel fee will apply if the photographer needs to travel more than 50 miles to the wedding site."
Do you have a refund policy?
"We understand that things can happen. Unfortunately, there is no refund available; however, we do offer one date change at no extra charge."
