FAQ
When do we need to pay?
"When you meet with the lake house photographer to sign the contract, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before the wedding, if applicable."
When will we get our photos?
"Within 1-2 days after the wedding, Sirlene will send you 3-5 photos for you to review and choose your preferred editing style. These photos will also be shared on social media to introduce the newlyweds. Your full professional photo gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the wedding. In the meantime, Sirlene will stay in touch with you on a weekly basis, sending a few pictures to help keep the momentum of your special day alive."
How many pictures will we receive?
"You will receive between 200-400 edited photos in a professional gallery, depending on the package you choose."
"You will receive instructions on how to download your photos. However, if you’d prefer to receive them on a flash drive, an additional $30 fee will apply."
Are there any additional fees?
"A travel fee will apply if the photographer needs to travel more than 50 miles to the wedding site."
Do you have a refund policy?
"We understand that things can happen. Unfortunately, there is no refund available; however, we do offer one date change at no extra charge."
